Shipping & Returns Policy
Whistler Cannabis Company currently only ships within Canada. We hope to be able to ship internationally very soon, please keep checking back for updates.
Orders are shipped in plain packaging that does not include our Company logos.
All orders are shipped using Canada Post at a flat rate of $10 Canada Wide.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address that you provided with your order.
If there is a problem with your order please email us at email@example.com Before purchasing clothing online it's important to research the sizing and design of your item. We provide sizing and fabric information in the product descriptions for each of our products. Whistler Cannabis Co carefully inspects all our shipments before they are sent to you. If you receive your shipment and there is a problem with your order, you have up to 30 days to let us know. Only items that are unused, unworn and in the original state they were sent are eligible for return.
How to make a return
Email our team at email@example.com letting us know that you would like to make a return We will email you back letting you know our return address. Please be aware that you will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us.
Once your return is received, our team will review and notify you about the next steps.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to reject any return.
Exchanges are offered within 30 days of purchase for products that arrive damaged or defective. Only new, unused products will be accepted for exchange.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives broken or damaged please inform Whistler Cannabis Co within 5 days of receiving your order to receive an exchange.
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org which includes 2 - 3 images of the damaged product. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product in a timely manner.
Can I return a used item?
Under no circumstance do we accept returns on used items.
Not received your product?
All of our items are sent using tracked mail. If your item is not received please email email@example.com and include your name, order number and tracking number and our team will be able to assist in tracing your item.
